The Neocem honeycomb floor with prestressed sheet is made up of an industrially finished vibro element with a standard width of 120 cm and represents a functional typological solution for the creation of decks, where it is necessary to maintain a contained construction package even if on the basis of large loads.
Neocem is made of prestressed reinforced concrete and is produced with a special machine with extrusion characteristics of the concrete itself, working continuously on the casting track, thus making the element almost finished on the track. This element has lightening voids in the longitudinal section called “alveoli”.
