Bacacier

The Bacacier construction system by RDB Italprefabbricati is the French-style flat roofing system, the most suitable to meet the construction needs of buildings for logistical use.

From a structural point of view, Bacacier represents the ultimate concept of logistics made up of pure API beams and Bacacier beams with a rectangular section.

The structure of the roof is thus made up of a double fabric of beams: the main ones, Api, with a flowing section at constant height; and the secondary ones, Bacacier, with a T-section at regular height with lowered support on the main beams in order to contain the height of the roofing package.

Insulation and waterproofing are carried out using an insulating panel and bituminous or synthetic membrane, such as PVC or TPO, with characteristics that fit the different thermo-hygrometric requirements of the building. These particular types of insulation guarantee pedestrian access to the roof.

The Bacacier construction system by RDB Italprefabbricati has a fire resistance of R60, according to UNI9502 improvable to R120.

Structural lightness:

The concrete part of the structure is shielded with corrugated sheets characterized by a slight slope towards the outside of the building to allow the correct outflow of rainwater, thus avoid stagnation.
